Happy Chinese New Year

Not gonna post Chinese outfit or anything related, just wanna wish a Happy Chinese New Year for the ones who celebrate! Such a joyous moment gathering up with families, eating good food, and getting angpaos, which I do not get to do this year and last year and maybe next year as well. I envy those who could spend today with their loved ones (since, you know, I miss everyone at home?)

But, not getting to spend today with my families doesn't mean I don't celebrate. I go out to Chinese New Year dinners with my friends. Yes, three days in a row. It's not about the money, it's about the quality time well spent ;) (see? I can be poetic too sometimes) (ENOUGH WITH THESE LINES)

Shirt - Uniqlo
Cardigan - Cotton Ink
Jeans - Zara
Shoes - Dr. Martens
Bag - Cupcake
Wooden ties - From Winter Wonderland

Photographed by Paulina Koshan

Ever since I landed in London last October, I felt really lazy to put on jewelries like rings and bangles and necklaces. I decided to choose other types of accessories like hats and ties. I almost forgot how much I love bow ties until I saw this lovely in Winter Wonderland. The first time I saw a wooden tie, and I was loving it. Had a hesitation to buy but, what the heck, it's now or never. And I wore it for the first time in Belfast, Northern Ireland, during the last day.

My friends and I went to Titanic Belfast, a museum of Titanic, telling stories how, when, who, where, what, why and these histories of Titanic. It was awesome. I highly recommend this place (oh, and so does Belfast Visitor Centre, pardon me) if you visit Northern Ireland. The museum was very interactive, very cool with its new technology (there was a ride like in Disneyland inside the museum, say what?!), the journey was very much coherent. Especially if you are a fan of Titanic, or if Titanic is one of your Top 10 Favorite Movies of All Time thing, YOU MUST GO HERE. The building itself says it all. Coolness overload. I'll post more pictures of this museum on the next post because I just can't stop talking about the architectural side of it (as if I know anything about architecture?) but yeah, pretty much one of the coolest building in UK, I guess? (I should stop using the word cool, but it's really cool, really).

Ciao.
