Navy Red

Hi hello. School had been pretty much tiring. I was trying to finish many stuff but always ended up sleepy or procrastinating. But then I felt more productive than last term. Hopefully this can go on till forever. Productivity brought me satisfaction :)

Navy theme is probably one of my favorite themes ever. The combination of red, blue, and white is so refreshing and reminds me of the ocean. Or basically, the Navy. And because I don't like the color red that much, usually if I want to wear red I'd pair it with blue and white, rather than with black. Navy blue and white mixed with red is more subtle. Popped, but less strong.
Hope you guys are having a great week! Can you believe we'll be reaching mid-year in no time? Excited for summer but like most people say nowadays; time is flying too fast!

Ciao.

Under My Umbrella

I've been feeling pretty miserable lately. And I can't seem to pour it out verbally, and maybe writing it is the only way. You know how people usually blurted jokes about you and then you laughed along with them showing that you were okay but deep inside you weren't? Well, maybe I was a coward for not saying directly to those people that those jokes hurt me very much I thought about them for weeks.

I was never paying attention to that part of me before because no one has ever joked about me that way. I was very self conscious about it until now. And I don't know what to do. They kept bringing it up without me being able to say "Stop! I don't like to be treated this way!"

And maybe I'm such a two-faced beeotch that I keep putting up these smiles that is so different from what I've been feeling inside. I don't know what to do. Never been feeling so helpless before.

The only thing that keeps me going is to reminisce about those happy moments when I felt happy just being me, not being judged directly, and not being "bullied".

Contrary to what I've posted about positivity before, it's my negative moment. Trying to see the rainbow after the rain now.

Ciao.

P.S. Will post the complete set of the pictures above soon! :)

Boy Bands

"It feels like we've been living in fast forward and all the moments passing by." - One Direction
My kind of music. It might be a little bit cheesy whatsoever but I really love boy bands like Backstreet Boys, Westlife, and the newest one; One Direction. Their songs are, well, not literally easy-listening, but really...refreshing and easy to listen. I can sing along with it and the tone is not too up-beat nor too slow, just the typical boy bands' songs.
I also like Top 40 songs or rap songs with artists collaboration like "Love the Way You Lie" and "Empire State of Mind". I still listen to country songs like Lady Antebellum or jazzy ones. But the songs that I probably repeat the most are pop songs. I. Love. Pop. (But not Michael Jackson kinda pop).
How about you guys? What genre of music you usually listen to? ;)

These pictures were some of the results from the photoshoot I did with my friends last summer. There were five photographers. But this time I only took the results from those three I mentioned above. I still have, like, 6 more photo sets and will keep posting about them. I planned to have some more photo shoot this summer. How I love photo shoot. Who to blame? I'm a blogger. Or maybe I'm just a narcissist. Hahaha. No. Yes. Maybe.

City of Lion

Feeling like posting these pictures that were taken in January when I was vacationing to Singapore. Met some friends, had good food, and right now I just miss the ambience I got in that city of lion. I love being in Singapore. Everything is so well maintained and clear, very modern, clean, organized, easy... Ha, maybe that's just the point of view from a tourist like me. Well, what's obvious is that I miss the range of great milk teas there hahaha... Gong Cha, Koi, Happy Lemon... Nyumm.. OH! Forgot to mention, the airport is the best, seriously.

And I never missed any chance to take photos in those cute photoboxes

Oh and look at how long my hair has grew. I'm planning to cut my hair that short again, what do you think? Short hair is easy to handle, but in the process of growing, it really frustrated me when I woke up in the morning to find it not perfectly bob, but very wavy. Argh.
Anyway, have a good weekend everyone!

Ciao.

Green, Green, Green

Spent last Sunday going to church and missed the start of the first service, so had to join the next one. Since I started living here and go to church by myself (and with friends usually) and not with my family, going to church on time is like a must for me. I hate to miss the praise and worship part because that's my favorite part of the service. So every week, so far, I'm glad that I've always come on time or if not, just join the next service.

Anyhoo, planned to directly go home after the service resulted to not going home directly after the service. Went to Selfridges to accompany my friend and decided to linger on the handbags area and found out the Celine Trapeze in the color that I wanted sold out. Can you imagine? Yes, of course you can. Then went to Dover Street Market to check on their Celine bags collection and no color that I initially adored either.

And then I fulfilled my craving for bubble milk tea in Soho area, passed a Cinnabon store and walked in to buy a small bite, and finally went home. How on earth did I spend 3 hours not working on my homework but roaming around the city of London? But well, who could blame me? This city is interesting in every corner (but totally not when you look up--rain--and not when you look down--puddle of water because of the rain).

Beautiful view except my bro's head ruining the corner

The view on the highway :') (okay not the trees part, but the sunset was stunning!)

Can you see a room full of heart-shaped pink balloons? Wondered what was that for.
