I Feel the Need

Sometimes, I question myself what's my purpose on making a blog. I've started this blog in 2008 and I wrote personal stuff and all. And then I was inspired to start a fashion blog by a random blogger I'm not sure who, I forgot (that shucks!). But I think I want to make a blog who can inspire people too. I want to share how I dress and my passion. Now even though I don't blog often and I'm lacking skills on Photoshop, blogging layout, and stuff, and merely because sometimes I don't have adequate photos to share, I still want to make this blog successful. So please bare with me here heheh :)
Oh. I forgot to mention I'm done with my first mock exam last Friday. Oohh that felt good. I was treating myself with a laid back weekend. One word: kind-of-heaven. Okay that's three words, but that's just because I don't want to exaggerate. I write what I felt. It has been so long since I enjoy my weekend because last two weeks I spent it doing a presentation. Buh.
AAANNNDDD here are few pictures which was taken by my sister before she left. Some time when she was still here.

Now that my first mock exam was done and I only have two internal assessments left (and a bunch of materials to study before the big exam) and a "trial exam" for art next week (SO THAT'S ACTUALLY A LOT OF WORK, AIGHT?) I feel relaxed, enjoying my evening, watching movies, browsing the net, blogwalking, and blogging. Although I'll keep all the TV or movie series after the exam because they are SO addictive.

And one more thing. Hi, March, how ya' doin'? *give it a cool nod... uhuh...*
Ciao.

The First Week

So it's been a while. My sister went back to Aussie. That means no photographer around the house. I don't know how I will take my pictures. She took her DSLR with her and I am left with a digital camera, which is not really good for a lookbook post :(
Anyway, below are some pictures from the first week of school. I mean it was the first weekend from the first week of school. Spent the night going to friends' birthday party.

She was the photographer of my lookbook that night. Pictures above this picture were taken by her, Aveline.

Made goofy faces

Love my friend's top and how she paired it with a leather skirt! Chic.

And finally, the colorful framed polaroid or instax pictures. So cute!
p.s.: they're not mine.
Don't forget to hype ;)

Procrastination and Adrenaline Rush

So I supposedly work on my homework now, but I'm enjoying my weekend a wee bit too much so I'm gonna post a new post (eh?).
This is a shoot I've done last month, probably, and I've uploaded it in Lookbook, but not yet here, so here are some pictures.

Giordano long sleeve tee, Forever 21 floral skirt, Accessorize necklace, Picnic flats, Nina Ricci vintage sling bag

This is my second fave pic after the first one (above)

The mustard colored flats

I added a black ribbon so the colors would still match well. I've tried to wear this outfit without the ribbon and it's ugly. So my tips would be: if you're trying to mix-match different colors, try to take one of the colors and add it on your outfit. For example, you have colorful abstract skirt (turquoise, lime green, and yellow are in the color palettes) and you don't want a black colored top to pair it with, so pick one of the color palettes (let's say yellow) as your top and tahdah, it matches.

Oh, and the picture above is the only one without photo edits. And I like it. I like the reflection. All of the pictures were taken by my sister.

Anyway, I just had my haircut. It's shorter than I thought it would be, but I still like it. Hair grows. Heheh. This haircut just excite me so much, I don't know why, really. My heart is pounding, I'm smiling by myself, and I feel the urge of screaming and smiling at the same time, but I can't because... well, I'm in my bedroom, in the middle of the night. I would wake all of the people in the house duh?
I'm not sure what is the reason... Really, I mean,... eh?
This just happened today. I didn't meet anybody, I just had a wonderful Saturday, and even though I didn't go anywhere to spend the night, it is the kind of Saturday I used to be in. You know, in my bedroom, watched a movie or two, read a magazine, and surf the net. I like these activities so much. I enjoyed it the most when I was by myself. Actually, I love doing personal things myself, like shopping, and all of the above. It gives me privacy and privacy is a very important matter. Thank God I'm not a celebrity ;)
So, I'm wishing you all have a great Sunday and...
Ciao.

Back to Navy

I've always loved navy. And even though it is not the it stuff to be worn right now, I'd still wear it. I remember how happy was I when I found lots of stripes and blue and red and white in a lot of stores. I've been looking for stripy outfits for a long time and there they were, hanging, waiting for me to buy them. So I bought them.
Now navy tone is one of the stuff that dominates my wardrobe. And I love it. Especially because I know that it will back soon, just like how plaids and tartans are now making their way for a comeback.

Girls Night Out and The Appropriate Blog Post

For a girl who lack of updates like me, this blog post is, I would say, the most successful so far. Because it provides adequate pictures AND a Lookbook badge. So don't forget to hype me alright?! *evil laugh*

Zara sweater, Suzuya blazer, H&M jeans, Agnès B bag, a freebie necklace from Girlfriend Magazine, JiesBeadz bracelet, Forever 21 ring--a gift from a friend

I like the necklace. It's one of Girlfriend Magazine's Think. Do. Be. Positive. campaign. I really like their magazine.
In fact, I like lots of magazines. Here are to say the least; Girlfriend and Dolly are the Australian magazines that I like. Seventeen and Cosmo Girl! are the American magazines that I like. And from Indonesia; I like Looks, Gogirl!, and Bazaar.
But I rarely read them now, though. Blame the school works!

And speaking of updates, I really need to get my ears, hands, eyes, everything to celebrity gossips. AGAIN, BLAME THE SCHOOL WORKS now I'm behind every Hollywood gossip. But I catch up though, thanks to the holiday. Now I know Zanessa broke up--BUT WHYYY??? They are the perfect Disney couple--, Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal dated AND broke up--wow, THAT quick?--, Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are dating--um, I don't know how to comment on this, but I disagree, but it's their life, so yeahh...
A source said Zac was taking an advice from Leo DiCaprio to push away all the Disney attributes on him if he want to succeed in a real Hollywood life. Hmmm... it's not quite like that though, don't swallow all my words to your throat. But baybehhh, who doesn't know Disney makes THE stars? Heylow??? Naming Britney, Christina, Justin Timberlake--> that's the A-list. The B-list? Hilary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Zac Efron, Miley Cyrus... Get it, right?

I also got a present for my seventeenth birthday last year from my besties. They made such a beautiful album filled up with our pictures--mostly me--and wrote shoutouts and stuff. I love them :')
Anyway, thanks to my sister who took pictures of me. While she's here, there's no harm to take advantage of her to take pictures for me FOR my blog :)
So now you get it why this blog post is the most successful so far. It has appropriate pictures, good amount of thoughts from me, AND a Lookbook badge (below) :D

 Ciao.
