One Fifty

I'm trying to say something but nothing comes out. Let's make this post simple :)

Hahaha I looked quite scary in this picture, but in my defense the hot dog was scrumptious :9 omnomnomnom

I don't know why there was an English telephone box in Canada... right there.

This picture is out of focus but I still like

Cardigan - AIIZ
Socks - Uniqlo
Shoes - Zara
Bag - Mulberry Alexa
Sunnies - Rayban Wayfarer

I'm sorry if these shoes bothers you because I wore it too often. When I traveled I only bring one shoes for 12 days or so hahaha... saving a lot of space, kilos, and preparing for new finds ;) I really love these shoes though because they were my first pair of oxford shoes and since then I was addicted to oxford shoes. These shoes had overcome so many highs and lows (I mean suns and rains) and you should see the transformation from the new clean look to now, the destroyed-here-and-there-look. I'll show you guys next time.

Ciao.

I've always been a positive person. Well, as far as I can remember... hahaha... because I believe that positive thinking could bring positive results. Even though sometimes the results did not satisfy me, I still found something positive to be thankful about. Being thankful is also being positive. Okay, confused already?

I've heard so many times people said that it's better to prepare for the worst rather than keep your hopes up and be disappointed. I disagree with that statement. I mean, preparing for the worst is not wrong, but keeping your hopes up is also not bad. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel. And as Martin Luther King Jr. had said, "We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope."

When I heard some of my friends being negative about, let's say, a test result which they have studied (it's a different story if you don't study and expect a good result), I've always cheered them up and try to be positive and make them think positively. But sometimes, no matter how hard I've tried to "transfer" my positivity they seemed like wouldn't want to hear me because they were too caught up with their own negative thoughts.

I'm not the most positive person you'll ever met, no. I'm just trying to be and will always try to be. And even if I failed being positive at some points, I'm very, very grateful because my family and some friends always give me their positivity which then could lighten me up again. So, people, message of the day is very simple yet sometimes hard to do; BE POSITIVE. I remember the campaign that Girlfriend Magazine Australia did (or does); Think. Do. Be. Positive. It's one of the truest statements you'll ever encounter. Trust me.

Cheery

I'm up to start working on my sketch book, since school has obviously also... started. And there comes a time when I'm just stuck. Most of the time that is. Or maybe I just want to procrastinate. URGH, bad habit go away!!!

Oh, and here are some outfit photos. You need to note that I don't always post pictures of outfit that I wear today. Most of the time I've posted the outfits that I've worn a day before, a week before, or just like this one, a year before. So that's why I might not be the one who will deliver the newest trend whatsoever. But, jsyk, the trend about bright pastel colors now is probably fading and intercepted by the clashing prints instead. Hopefully that brief sentence "inspire" you to mix and match your wardrobe for this season hahaha... I'll post my printed pants outfit photos soon! :D

I know that this trend was very, very famous in Spring 2011 onwards... up to December I still saw some people wear these vibrant colors. And like, this year's spring season is more toned down even though still colorful but I'm still digging it, no matter what the trend says. I'm planning to don some vivid colors myself for this year's spring or summer season. Don't get me wrong, I loooovveee pastels too but I'm just that cheery :)

Rather than moaning about how suck the weather is lately, I'd rather keep it short and simple. Okay, truth to be told, I'm cold. I haven't been living with air con in the past 4 months but not a single day has been hot for me. So there, my "story" about the "weather" D:

I Lost My Camera

Did you know I lost my camera? The camera that has been serving me for about 2 and a half years... oh God... I didn't expect this to happen (who would expect to lose a camera?) It wasn't a DSLR and it wasn't a professional camera thing, it was Canon IXUS the mini one...yeah... but, because I'm such a loyal person and I always treasure every memory with any object that I own or have ever owned, I feel S.A.D :(

That camera, even though didn't produce a clear photograph in the night time (or even day time), have been used to record my high school life to this city of Big Ben. I still couldn't believe I lost her. Yes, her, cause she was pink. She's still pink, I think, but in the wrong person's hands.

You know, I've always had a hand-me-down camera from my sister, not that I'm complaining. I'm not a techie kinda girl, so I couldn't care less as long as I could take a picture. And I don't buy a new Blackberry Bold once it was launched, no. I wasn't that type of girl. So, maybe, this "experience" allow me to own a brand new camera. Although I'm not looking for a big DSLR one, just a pocket-friendly smart digital camera. But this time in black. Pink is not really my color.

To recall what my small pinky winky lovely camera had done, these were the pictures I took with it in spring break. Quite a lot of pictures.

 Churros! My favorite snack lately.

Nyummy nyum nyum

 My kinda heaven ;)

A cooking demonstration of a chocolate cheesecake but I couldn't watch it till the end and I didn't get to taste it nyaaww :(

 No Indonesia .... ? :(

That time it was hot enough for me to wear sleeveless shirt and an over-sized cardigan but now the weather only let me to wear three layers. I don't get it, really. Where's the spring? Maybe summer is the only weather in UK when we can see the sun.

Ciao.
